MAMEA E-mail Lists

MAMEA will be doing some Fall cleaning of its e-mail discussion list. As of January 1, 2010, we will purge all e-mails from our existing e-mail list and offer two e-mail lists:

1.) E-mail Discussion List (mamea@vims.edu) for MAMEA members and non-members alike to discuss marine education topics of interest to those in the mid-Atlantic region; and,

2.) Official MAMEA Business List for use by the MAMEA Board to communicate Association business with its members.

See below for more information about the two e-mail lists.

In order to be subscribed to the MAMEA E-mail Discussion List, you must fill out the form below by December 31, 2009.

MAMEA E-mail Discussion List
Educators, both MAMEA members and non-members, are invited to join the MAMEA e-mail discussion list. Its purpose is to facilitate sharing of marine education questions and answers, new resources or opportunities within the Mid-Atlantic region. Anyone on the list may send or receive e-mails. This is like NMEA's Scuttlebutt listserve, but focused on a Mid-Atlantic regional level. You can join or remove yourself at any time by visiting the MAMEA website.

Official MAMEA Business E-mail List
MAMEA members are automatically subscribed to this communication e-mail list. This list is used only by MAMEA Board members so that we can provide you with Conference updates and other Association communications. We are moving toward paperless communications. If you decline to participate, you may miss important information abou the Conference or other MAMEA opportunities. Please be sure we have a year-round e-mail address for you.
If you wish to be removed from this list, please contact Kathy Fuller, MAMEA Secretary.
